Duties
- Assist with asset and equipment management.
- Support equipment moves and workstation set up.
- Ensure building organization and cleanliness.
- Maintain and organize office and cleaning supply inventory, including tracking levels and coordinating reorders.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace by storing supplies efficiently and facilitating scheduled office cleaning days.
- Distribute incoming packages and deliveries.
- Assist with coordination, delivery, and tracking of Christmas gifts.
- Send thank-you cards for holiday gifts and other occasions.
- Coordinate with Alltek to submit help desk tickets when the primary contact is unavailable.
- Arrange Uber rides for staff and clients as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in operations, facilities, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must push/pull carts or equipment
- Standing/Walking: Often throughout the day, including stairs
- Reaching: Both overhead and at/below shoulder level
- Keyboarding & fine hand manipulation for administrative tasks
- Valid Driver’s License required
