Role Overview
The
Sr. Brokerage Coordinator
serves as the operational and marketing backbone of one brokerage business line within our
Brokerage Operations Team
. This role provides centralized support to commercial real estate producers and collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Research, IT, and Operations to support client goals with autonomy and speed.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, persistent, service-driven, and comfortable assuming ownership of projects early. Success in this role is defined by resourcefulness, urgency, clear communication, and a proactive, non-micromanaged work style.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing (60%)
Develop and produce brochures, flyers, mapping assets, direct-mail pieces, social media tiles, and event-related materials using: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Own all email marketing campaigns, including creation, scheduling, segmentation, and campaign reporting
Manage and maintain property listings across: CoStar, LoopNet, View The Space, and the company website
Coordinate external vendors for property photography and videography
- Create and manage creative briefs in partnership with internal and external design partners
- Update marketing assets in real time to reflect property availability
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred; tools and workflows can be taught to a fast learner
Brokerage Operations (20%)
- Build client deliverables including market surveys, tour books, and competitive sets
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline tracking for prospects, clients, and deals
- Ensure standard reporting templates are updated and maintained for producers
- Collect and maintain broker expense receipts per T&E policy
Administrative & Office Support (20%)
- Meeting coordination, printing/binding, reception support, conference-room setup, travel arrangements, and general office assistance
- Troubleshoot and support producer IT needs with urgency
- Represent the team and clients with a high-touch, service-first mindset
- Ability to work across functions to support business and client goals

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience supporting multiple stakeholders in commercial real estate or professional services
- Corporate experience that aligns with the JD is required if no commercial real estate experience is present
- Bachelor?s degree preferred, not required
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-starter, comfortable operating autonomously
- Persistent and confident communication style
- Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Canva is a plus
- Ability to learn new software and internal platforms quickly
