Job Title: Sales Representative
Compensation: Base salary starting at $50,000 Monthly Residual Commissions
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated ?hunter? who thrives on generating new business, building long-term relationships, and closing deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience
- Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
- Freight or transportation industry
- Carrier sales
- Truck or equipment sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and consultative selling
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
