Project Management Administrator
A real estate company specializing in the development, acquisition, planning, construction, asset management, and disposition of residential and industrial properties located in the Houston area is seeking a Project Management Administrator to add to their team. Candidates must have current experience working for a residential real estate company. Job duties include:
Maintain and organize project documentation including contracts, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and permits.
Upload, track, and manage files within project management software; prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Serve as the main communication link between office staff, field teams, vendors, and clients.
Coordinate meetings, inspections, and site walkthroughs; prepare emails, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
Assist with construction schedules, milestone tracking, and daily/weekly field reports.
Support invoicing, purchase orders, subcontractor billing, draw requests, and budget tracking.
Track subcontractor compliance, material procurement, and delivery schedules.
Maintain logs, inspection reports, safety documentation, jobsite photos, and punch list items.
