Project Administrative Coordinator
NW Houston (near Beltway 8 & Hwy 290)
$40K?$50K | Direct Hire | 100% In-Office
We?re partnering with a stable, well-established company with over 100 years of success to add a Project Administrative Coordinator to their Installation team.
This is a hands-on administrative support role focused on project paperwork, coordination, and communication. You?ll be supporting projects behind the scenes ? not managing or designing them.
What you?ll do:
- Process incoming jobs from Sales
- Review and enter contracts, commission terms, and job details
- Coordinate documentation (COIs, AutoCAD files, project paperwork)
- Assist with project setup and approvals
- Organize supporting documents (prevailing wage, OCIP, discounts, etc.)
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Arrange travel and track expenses
- Maintain reports, lists, and internal procedures
What they?re looking for:
- Recent experience in project support, administrative, or operations support
- Experience supporting construction, installation, or technical projects
- Strong organization in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Comfortable working with contracts, documentation, and job setup
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

- This is NOT a project management or engineering role
- Not a fit for candidates with only retail or call center experience
