What You?ll Do

• Manage litigation files and cases from file to trial with precision and consistency
• Draft, organize, review, and file legal documents, including drafting and answering discovery
• Track deadlines, case activity, and follow-up items
• Coordinate records, discovery, exhibits, and case materials, including trial preparation support
• Prepare demands, settlements, and supporting documentation
• Communicate and coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, vendors, providers, experts, insurers, and opposing parties
• Keep cases organized, accurate, and moving forward

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work with speed without sacrificing accuracy
• Organized, dependable, and process-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple active matters at once
• Clear communicator and strong team player
• Litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Personal injury experience is a plus
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Available for overtime as needed
