⚖️ About the Role

We are seeking a driven, client-focused Personal Injury Attorney to handle cases from intake through litigation and resolution.

You will take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in strategy, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Manage a docket of personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial or settlement
• Conduct client consultations and case strategy sessions
• Draft and file Petitions, Motions, Discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients at Mediations, Hearings, Trial (when necessary)
• Negotiate directly with insurance carriers and defense counsel
• Deliver clear, compassionate client communication
• Collaborate with a strong support team to move cases efficiently

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Texas Attorney (J.D. required)
• 3 years personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Confident in Depositions, Case Strategy, Negotiation
• Strong writing and courtroom communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines
• A true advocate mindset—you care about the outcome
