Label Production Supervisor

? Maintain and manage the production schedule, ensuring efficient workflow while accounting for material availability, incoming deliveries, machine capacity, and customer deadlines.
? Lead and supervise the production team by providing performance feedback, and day-to-day direction to ensure production goals, quality requirements, and delivery deadlines are consistently met.
? Coordinate and purchase all production-related materials, including label stock, dies, blades, and other manufacturing supplies.
? Create and maintain part numbers, product records, and bills of materials (BOMs) within the Fishbowl inventory management system.
? Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy on a monthly basis.
? Analyze material usage and forecast purchasing requirements to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory.
? Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing, reliable lead times, and consistent quality.
? Prepare and manage quotations for new label opportunities, ensuring accurate costing and pricing.
? Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to evaluate project requirements.
