Executive/Personal Assistant - Houston Galleria Area
*In Office Monday through Friday
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of fast paced personal matters, and family affairs; operating with high levels of efficiency and discretion
- Plan and organize domestic and international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries for business and personal trips
- Strategically plan and organize a complex calendar with shifting priorities
- Exercise excellent judgment handling competing priorities, time sensitive confidential projects and conflicts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with accounting tasks is a plus.
