What You Will Be Doing

• 
  
  Working on personal injury litigation matters from case development through resolution.
  
  
• 
  
  Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
  
  
• 
  
  Assisting with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
  
  
• 
  
  Attending court proceedings and becoming increasingly involved in courtroom litigation.
  
  
• 
  
  Working directly with clients and collaborating with other attorneys and support staff.
  
  
• 
  
  Helping develop case strategies and keeping matters moving forward.
  
  
  
  

You do not need to have served as first chair in a trial to be considered. We are more interested in your practical litigation experience, willingness to learn, and desire to grow.
