Retail Team Member (Cheese Store or Bistro)
Pay: $12.00-$15.00 per hour
Burnett Dairy Cooperative is looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our retail team! We're hiring for opportunities in either our Cheese Store or Bistro. If you enjoy helping customers, working with great coworkers, and staying busy throughout your shift, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer purchases using a cash register
- Stock, organize, and rotate products to keep shelves and coolers full and appealing
- Prepare customer orders, including food and beverage items, cheese trays, pizzas, sandwiches, or ice cream (depending on the position)
- Weigh, package, price, and label products
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company safety guidelines
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For

- Must be 14 years of age or older**
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
- Frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the day
- Ability to work in refrigerated areas as needed
