Burn Boot Camp in Cedar Knolls, NJ is looking for a passionate and energetic Lead Trainer to inspire and motivate our community every single day. Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic, high-energy group fitness boot camp sessions for members of all fitness levels
- Design and deliver safe, effective, and progressive workout programming
- Provide individualized modifications and coaching during camp sessions
- Build and maintain strong member relationships to drive retention and community engagement
- Conduct member check-ins, goal-setting conversations, and fitness consultations
- Support front desk operations, including member onboarding and facility upkeep
- Mentor and support fellow trainers to uphold Burn Boot Camp's standards of excellence
Requirements:
- Current personal training or group fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification required
- 1 years of experience leading group fitness classes or personal training
- Strong knowledge of strength training, HIIT, and functional fitness principles
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and highly self-motivated with a team-first attitude
- Ability to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
