Position Summary:
As our General Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the current General Manager and a leader for the entire crew. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly, support your team, and ensure every guest leaves happy (and probably a little full ).
IMPORTANT: We are looking for someone who is in it for the long-haul and will be with us for a long time. The General Manager will be trained by the current General Manager. Once hired, you will be a part of a 30-90 day trail period to ensure you are vibing with the restaurant.
Your mission: Lead by example, keep the energy high, and help deliver top-notch food and service every single shift.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support daily restaurant operations and step in as leader when needed
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
- Help manage scheduling, inventory, ordering and shift efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Jump in wherever needed—grill, register, prep—you name it
What We’re Looking For:
- Serious inquiries only!
- 2 years of Restaurant Management experience (required)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Leadership experience in food service or a similar fast-paced environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep the team focused
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Someone who leads by example and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Closed Sundays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Monday–Thursday: 9:30am – 10:30pm
Friday–Saturday: 9:30am – 10:30pm
