What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you'll serve as the clinical leader supporting our residential treatment programs by:

• Leading medication safety and regulatory compliance
• Supervising and mentoring AMAP-certified staff
• Coordinating care with physicians, psychiatrists, therapists, hospitals, and pharmacies
• Reviewing medication records, physician orders, and health documentation
• Monitoring psychotropic medications and medical follow-up
• Providing staff education in medication administration, OSHA, infection prevention, and health care practices
• Conducting quality assurance reviews and improving clinical processes
• Supporting licensing, accreditation, and Medicaid compliance efforts
• Helping ensure every child receives safe, compassionate, high-quality medical care

Qualifications

Required

• Current unrestricted West Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Uses HIPAA-compliant and ethical practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team

Preferred

• Experience with behavioral health, residential treatment, pediatrics, or child welfare
• Experience supervising AMAP personnel
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications
• Experience with quality assurance, medication management, or regulatory compliance

EDUCATION

• Possesses a current West Virginia State Registered Nurse License (Ability to supervise AMAP personnel preferred).
