What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure best practices
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being
- Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
- Active RN license in West Virginia
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
- Team player, strong communicator, and a heart for seniors
Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
