This is a fast track position to upper management. You will appraise potential trade-ins and negotiate purchases to keep our lot moving. We expect this person to make $150,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Appraise potential trade-ins quickly and accurately (30 cars per day minimum)
- Negotiate purchase prices to maximize gross profit and inventory turn
- Proficiency with vAuto, DriveCentric, and KBB
- Work closely with the Corporate Used Car Director
- Experience in vehicle acquisition or used car buying (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and appraisal skills
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
