BCIT is seeking a dependable Full-Time Custodian to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will have prior janitorial experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students. Candidates should be knowledgeable about proper cleaning methods, safe handling of hazardous materials, and be able to follow instructions as directed. A Black Seal License is required or must be obtained within twelve (12) months of hire.

Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Valid NJ Driver License in good standing
- Ability to work well with staff and students
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper handling of hazardous materials
- Black Seal License (required or must be obtained within twelve months)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Required criminal history background check
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status required
- Must establish NJ residency within one year of hire
