Clubhouse Manager

The Burlington Bees are members of the Prospect Collegiate Summer Baseball League. The organization has hosted baseball, at a variety of levels, since 1889, including minor league baseball from 1952 to 2020. We present a fan-friendly, family-oriented product, which operates at the highest professional level.

We are seeking a Clubhouse Manager who will develop and maintain a strong relationship with our 2027 team, The manager will conduct themselves in an efficient, organized manner. They will provide a mutually comfortable environment for our coaches and players, while ensuring the locker room functions as a safe, nurturing environment.

Make no mistake, we expect the successful candidate will take over the operation of the clubhouse. We want our manager to put their personal stamp on how the clubhouse looks and feels.

Primary Duties Include (but are not limited to):

lockers and showers

with the field manager and the general manager)

- Setting up delivered pre- and post-game meals

Start in mid-May and end in the first week of August (start and finish dates are flexible).

Full time. Work hours are long and varied. The clubhouse manager and the general manager set the hours for this position to allow for the most complete and efficient operation of the facility.

Your housing and all utilities are paid for. Housing is provided in Southeastern Community College’s Millennial Hall resident apartments. The apartment includes pass key security, full size kitchen, internet connection and cable readiness. These are two bedroom, four bed units. The team provides a free meal each home game.

There is a $300 per month stipend.

Currently enrolled in, or graduating from a college or university sports operations or management program. We are looking for talented, self-motivated hard-working individuals who want to learn what goes on behind the scenes and demonstrate the ability to apply those lessons as they grow into their careers. We value open-minded, conscientious team players possessing a positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. Must have excellent communications skills.
