We are seeking an experienced, creative, hardworking and reliable Sous Chef to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and enthusiastic about working in a team environment. Sous Chefs will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and ensure the kitchen staff are following proper procedures which will result in high customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who has mastered the art of creating dishes that will appeal to even the most discerning customers, and who has a genuine passion for preparing delicious food.
Responsibilities:
- Support Executive Chef in the management of the kitchen staff.
- Support Executive Chef in planning menus and ordering food.
- Supervise kitchen workers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Perform line cooking duties.
- Train new employees.
- Keep kitchen in a sanitary and safe condition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
