Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Care Staff member located in Burlingame, CA. In this role, you will support residents through hands-on care, ensuring their physical, social, emotional, and mental well-being. Daily responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (such as dressing, bathing, or mobility), facilitating and participating in enrichment programming, and helping create a safe and welcoming environment. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members to ensure each resident's personalized care plan is followed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Services and experience working with the elderly.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for fostering relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
• Training experience or ability to quickly learn care procedures, protocols, and enrichment programming
• Empathy, patience, and a team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or GED required; certification in caregiving or related field preferred
• Previous experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus
