Customer Service Representative - Entry Level Opportunity - Full Time - Paid Weekly
We are a marketing and management firm in the Schaumburg area. We're looking for a FULL-TIME customer service and sales account representative. Experience as a customer service representative or a sales representative is welcome. No experience necessary in sales or customer service, as all of our training is done in-house and is paid.
The schedule is Monday through Friday - 8AM - 5PM. NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!
Our customer service representative will be responsible for new customer acquisitions and brand awareness. We execute sales, customer service, and client retention for our client's customers on a face-to-face and relationship-based approach.
On a daily basis, the CRS rep would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Acquiring and establishing new accounts
- Meeting and retaining existing clients
- Conduct presentations customized to the needs of the individual
- Attending business meetings for product knowledge, training, development, and networking
