Job Summary
Receptionist/legal assistant needed for a fast-paced family law office. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in law office. Notary is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties
Secretary shall have extensive client contact, answering telephones, scheduling for multiple attorneys and paralegals, and maintaining files. In addition, as a legal assistant they will be responsible for serving and filing legal documents and other tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of two years of general office experience is desired.
