HVAC II/ Cafeteria Equipment Technician
- Knowledge in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, Fryers, dishwashers, and coolers)
- Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and refrigeration theory.
- Knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, and equipment used to maintain and repair HVAC equipment.
- Manage supplies, ordering of parts, and the maintaing of work order logs
- Perform inspections and scheduled maintenance on cafeteria equipment
- Working knowlege of electricity and design
- Ability to follow blueprints and diagrams.
- Ability to analyze building heating and air conditioning requirements and recommend systems
