What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automated Paint Line Technician position at BUCKEYE FIRE & EQUIPMENT CO?
We are seeking a Paint Line Technician to join our growing team!
Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus! Eligible employees can receive an additional $1 per hour, for every hour worked, in addition to their hourly wages for working their scheduled shift.
The Paint Line Technician is responsible for:
- Hanging parts to be coated
- Once processed, remove parts for inspection
- Adhere to quality standards and production goals
- Maintain a clean workspace
- May be required to perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Paint Line Technician Requirements:
- Ability to Lift 50 pounds above head on a consistent basis
- Flexibility to rotate to a different operation within the facility as needed
- Ability to work overtime on the weekend as business conditions indicate
- Willingness to cross train on numerous product lines
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to communicate with urgency to team leader / supervisor on any nonconforming issues as they arrive
