Typist Clerk (Entry Level)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Typist Clerk to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for accuracy. As a Typist Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and maintaining documents while ensuring information is entered accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with team members to support daily administrative operations in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Type, edit, and format documents, reports, correspondence, and other business materials with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and data consistency before submission.
• Enter and update information in company databases and electronic filing systems.
• Organize, maintain, and retrieve digital records and documents as needed.
• Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Respond to administrative requests and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
• Assist with general clerical and administrative duties to support daily business operations.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous typing, administrative, data entry, or clerical experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent typing speed with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of working independently.
