Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our digital systems and databases.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
- Maintain and update existing records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate reports and retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested by team members.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies to ensure company information remains confidential.
- Organise and manage files and documents, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure they are easily accessible.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further computer training or certification will be considered an asset.
Salary : $26 - $29
