Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to support carpentry, framing, or finishing tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment around the job site as needed.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
- Support skilled tradespeople by performing basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, or assembling components.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards.
