Traffic Control Specialist needed. Arrow Construction is now hiring experienced Traffic Control Specialist.A Traffic Control Specialist is responsible for directing and controlling traffic in construction or work zones to keep workers, drivers, and pedestrians safe. This position sets up traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades, monitors traffic flow, and communicates with the crew to maintain safe work conditions.Key Duties:Direct traffic safely around construction zonesSet up and remove traffic control signs, cones, and barricadesFollow safety regulations and company proceduresCommunicate with supervisors and crew membersMonitor traffic conditions and report hazardsRequirements:Valid Traffic Control/Flagger Certification required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditionsGood communication and awareness of surroundingsAbility to stand for long periods and lift traffic control equipmentValid driver’s license may be requiredJob details:All qualified candidates must have a clean valid California Driver's License.All applicants will be required to pass a drug, Pre-Employment physical, and background test.Great Pay & Benefits (Health, Dental, Pension / 401k & Safety Incentive).
