Water/Wastewater Project Manager

B&N Water/Wastewater Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of water/wastewater projects with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Typical projects will include water/wastewater treatment plants, water booster stations, and sanitary pump stations
• Support business development activities including direct client interaction and engagement. Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience demonstrating a can-do attitude
• Create and develop scopes of work and budgets for projects
• Actively lead and participate in project delivery to maintain high quality delivery and client satisfaction
• Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and proactively manage risk
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for engineering team fostering a collaborative environment
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil engineering program
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required in Ohio or ability to register through reciprocity
• 10 years of related water/wastewater experience
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, pursuits and/or design teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
• Project management experience required. Treatment process knowledge and experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, experience with AutoCAD, REVIT and/or hydraulic modeling software is a plus
