B&N Water/Wastewater Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and design of water/wastewater projects with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Typical projects will include water/wastewater treatment plants, water booster stations, and sanitary pump stations
- Support business development activities including direct client interaction and engagement. Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience demonstrating a can-do attitude
- Create and develop scopes of work and budgets for projects
- Actively lead and participate in project delivery to maintain high quality delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and proactively manage risk
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for engineering team fostering a collaborative environment
- Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil engineering program
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration required in Ohio or ability to register through reciprocity
- 10 years of related water/wastewater experience
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, pursuits and/or design teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
- Project management experience required. Treatment process knowledge and experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, experience with AutoCAD, REVIT and/or hydraulic modeling software is a plus
