Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager Transportation Engineer to lead an engineering design team on roadway design projects. Come collaborate with some of the top transportation design professionals in the industry.

B&N Senior Project Manager Transportation Engineer Responsibilities

• Manage and lead transportation infrastructure design projects focusing on roadway projects
• Assist with marketing and pursuing work for the Indiana Department of Transportation and Local Public Agencies
• Lead the design and monitor task performance indicators such as budget, schedule, and risk
• Maintain quality control of the work product
• Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with Operation Leaders, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers across the firm
• Support proposal development and client relationship management
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil or transportation engineering program
• PE registration in the State of Indiana, or ability to be registered with reciprocity
• 12 years of related roadway design and project management experience
• Knowledge of INDOT design standards is a plus
• Prior proposal development and client relationship management experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with Bentley and AutoCAD products
• Great communication and team leadership skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools·
