Architecture Lead

ARCHITECTURE LEAD --VIRGINIA

• Serve as the Client Leader for B&N Architecture in Virginia
• Create, foster, and maintain client relationships.
• Take the primary lead for marketing, business development, proposal preparation, interviews, and presentations with support from B&N Marketing and Communications team.
• Manage and mentor staff.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk.
• Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create exemplary client experience.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture required from an NAAB accredited program.
• Registered Architect in Virginia with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
• Twelve or more years of related experience
• Strong client relationship building experience.
• Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
