We are looking for a hands-on leader who’s eager to help us open our store, build brand awareness, and build an exciting team. Exciting teams are infectious. General Manager Job Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities

· Oversee guest services and respond to all guest input

· Ensure quality standards from kitchen to table

· Train and manage all team members

· Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

· Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

· Responsible for growing sales

· Inventory

· Food Orders

· Labor Control

· Waste Control

· Hiring

Requirements include:

· Drive Thru Experience – 3 Years as GM

· Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality

· Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment

· Must be one who looks to take the initiative and not wait for directions

· Sense of Urgency

· Open availability and flexibility are a must – ability to work a changing schedule

· 3-5 Years of experience in food service industry

· Strong leadership qualities

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong attention to detail
