Burger Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. has provided therapy services since 1978. We current seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant or CHT/OT/Hand Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient Clinical Director position.
This can be a single facility Director role or dual clinics between Woodland and Davis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensures appropriate staff & patient scheduling for efficient operation of facility.
- Monitors clinical standards and makes program/staffing recommendations.
- Assures efficiency of Clinical staff per company standards and reviews existing programs.
- Is available for on-call service and performs as a staff therapist, according to their discipline, as assigned or as needed as well as performing other tasks as assigned.
- Ensures clinic orientation of all new staff. Ensures training of other staff as identified.
- Conducts chart audits/staff observations to ensure compliance w/standards of car.
- Facilitates the development, implementation, and monitoring of new programs and systems to promote efficiency and growth for the Company.
Responsible for compliance of fed/state regulations regarding to the clinic.
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university or the foreign equivalent
- California state licensed Physical Therapist
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university. Must be a state licensed therapist. Substantial outpatient clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to set goals, priorities, and meet deadlines in a self-directed environment.
