The Product Manager II is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative digital products and technologies across Burger King. This will encompass overseeing the mobile app & web product as well as emerging technologies.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.

What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives, guest insights, and franchisee feedback.
- Develop strategies to improve the digital and operational experience for guests and team members, grounded in data, user research, and journey mapping.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business goals and define a product roadmap that aligns marketing strategies and technological capabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft strategies for emerging areas, such as AI-driven tools, in-store technologies, and post-ordering experiences.
- Partner with engineering, design, QA, analytics, marketing, and operations teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions to guest problems.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and engineering to ensure clear communication, translating marketing needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Partner with the marketing team to optimize the top of the purchase funnel (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversion on paid media) from a channel, audience segments, and linking standpoint.
- Enable the marketing team to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns by ensuring the right data and tools are in place and functioning properly.
- Build relationships with restaurant managers, work restaurant shifts and roleplay to understand the efficiency of our products.
- Visit our own restaurants and our QSR competitors to understand how we can use our products to solve real guest problems.
- Act as a liaison with franchisees and committees to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to testing, launch, and post validation of success.
- Conduct A/B testing, data analysis, and user feedback sessions to refine product features and improve the guest experience.
- Communicate updates to senior leadership, stakeholders, and franchise advisory boards, providing clear business cases and progress reports.
- Identify, design, and implement product-led solutions to streamline internal operations, reduce inefficiencies, and increase productivity across teams.
- Own the development and enhancement of internal platforms (e.g. CRM, workflow automation, reporting tools for app, guest support, etc.) to support our products at scale.
- Analyze product metrics (e.g., Guest satisfaction, conversion rates, operational efficiency, app ratings) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation.
- 5 years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products or operational tools, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or technology industries.
- Strong technical proficiency in AI integration, and analytics tools
- Extensive experience with A/B testing and designing experiments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and franchise systems is preferred.
- Educational background in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or statistics; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Organizational skills and the ability to push multiple projects along at once
