At the same time, Burger King Team Members and operators working in-restaurant rely on Burger King to roll out digital concepts that are frictionless and easy to implement. We’re in the early phases of building a growing Design team and are looking for a versatile Designer of various disciplines and skills who can work with design, technical and product leads.
The Design team works across multiple digital customer experiences - Mobile Apps, Self-Ordering Kiosk, and Responsive Website. In this role you’ll be working with technical and product leadership to deliver designs that meet business and user goals.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and concepts. This includes reading and understanding product briefs, user stories, and other documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other designers, developers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver designs that meet the needs of our users.
- Work closely with the design team to develop and expand our product design system and principles.
- Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes. This includes sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and using design software.
- Problem solve and iterate on solutions based on data, research, feedback and constraints that may include time and/or technology.
- Produce high-quality design solutions including creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that are ready for user testing and implementation.
- Conducting user research which includes collecting data about user needs and behaviors, which can be used to inform design decisions.
- Maintaining design systems and style guides. This includes creating and updating documentation that specifies the visual elements and interactions that should be used in a product.
- Bachelor's degree in design, interaction design, or a related field
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of design principles and their application to digital experiences.
- Strong visual design portfolio showcasing your skills, as well as experience with design software.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creating wireframes and prototypes
- Experience in or passion for the food industry is a plus
- Experience with tools such as: Figma, Webflow/Framer, Analytics tools (Google Analytics or Amplitude), Basic HTML/CSS/Javascript, Prototyping, Project Management Tools (JIRA)
