Assistant Managers

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated managers to oversee the daily operations of our Burger King restaurants in Hattiesburg, MS. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to provide excellent service to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management

Skills:

- Experience in the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and staff
