- Manage food inventories to maintain restaurant profitability
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance routines
- Report any significant issues to the RGM
Qualifications And Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required, college experience preferred
- 1-2 years of quick-service restaurant experience, management experience a plus
- Understanding of cash control procedures
- Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
- Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must have reliable transportation.
