Job Summary: The Franchisee Excellence Team is responsible for supporting BURGER KING® Franchisees to enable Franchisee success, increase Franchisee engagement, and prepare Franchisees with foundational skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in their businesses. The Sr. Analyst of Franchisee Excellence & Support is assists in delivering comprehensive training, coaching, onboarding, and operational support to help improve routines, systems, and enhance overall capabilities of program management. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Franchisee Excellence & Support who in turn reports to the Director of Franchisee Excellence & Support for Burger King North America.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Technology) to support new program initiatives and deployments.
Help develop and update training materials, presentations, and tools for supported programs.
Assists in the onboarding and skill development of new and existing corporate field team members.
Drive improvement and execution for new Franchisee intake & tracking, candidate performance metrics, and mentorship program.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program related logistic inquiries, troubleshooting Franchisee onboarding issues, and backend program schematics.
Support franchise and corporate restaurant teams in achieving operational goals through guidance on best practices and liaison to functional experts.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in restaurant operations, training, or learning & development preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning management Systems (LMS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences
Familiarity with data analysis and performance tracking, with a solution-orientated approach to problem-solving
Good organizational skills
Willingness to travel approximately 15%
