Duration: 6 months plus, W2 only.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Modules: HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Service Catalog, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management
- Hands-on with:
- Catalog Items, Record Producers
- Workflows & Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Scripting:
- Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs
- Integration experience:
- REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server
- HR systems (Workday / SAP HCM / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM)
- Experience with data security & PII handling
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong debugging, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support
- L2/L3 production support experience
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize HRSD solutions
- Configure HR services, COE, and case routing
- Build integrations with external HR systems
- Support enhancements, bug fixes, and deployments
