Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Product Owner & Technical Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. This role combines product ownership responsibilities with technical leadership, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner: backlog creation, prioritization, and sprint planning
- Gather, refine, and manage business requirements with stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow IRM implementations
- Review and guide development, ensuring code quality and best practices
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and IRM standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Data Privacy
- Risk Management
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform development & configuration
- Experience in Agile / Scrum (Product Owner role)
- Strong skills in backlog management & stakeholder communication
- Ability to bridge business and technical requirements
- Experience in technical leadership / code review
