Top Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Write epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development and QA teams throughout Agile sprints.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases.
- Ensure payment solutions meet business, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvements to payment products and processes.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on payment system enhancements.
Ideal Candidate
- 8 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Strong experience in payment processing or financial services.
- Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience managing product backlogs using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with payment APIs and integrations is highly desirable.
- Local to or willing to commute to Lincolnshire, IL.
- Eligible for future full-time employment without sponsorship.
