We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong expertise in advanced machining environments and aerospace-grade materials. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in G-code programming, process optimization, and CNC machining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify CNC programs using Uni APT (Mandatory), Mastercam, NX CAM, or Creo NC
- Work extensively with Waspaloy and Inconel materials
- Generate and optimize machine-specific G-code for milling and turning operations
- Support machine setup, prove-out, troubleshooting, and onsite debugging
- Optimize cycle times, tooling strategies, and machining processes for improved efficiency
- Collaborate closely with CNC operators, manufacturing teams, and quality/CMM teams
- Review CAD models and engineering drawings to provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of CNC machining best practices and tooling optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
