Location: West Chester, PA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
- 8 years of overall experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
At least 1 year of experience supporting technical or product teams
Experience leading teams through Product Increment (PI) cycles
Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe principles and practices
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for Agile execution and reporting
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
Good understanding and practical application of Generative and Agentic AI
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CSP, CSC, or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PTC Windchill, including configuration or enhancement work
Familiarity with PLM processes such as Change Control and Lifecycle Management
Experience working in regulated/compliance-driven environments such as medical devices
