- Applying analytical or program management experience to evaluate policies, procedures, or regulatory requirements related to export control, compliance, enforcement, or program operations.
- Collaborating with program staff, i.e., subject matter experts, analysts, and managers, to support program activities and coordinate operational functions across organizational units.
- Preparing written products such as reports, evaluations, or briefing materials by analyzing program data and/or performance information, and communicating findings to stakeholders to support decision-making, program performance, or policy impacts.
Responsibilities:
As a Management and Program Analyst (Export Compliance), you will perform the following duties:- Conducts comprehensive analyses of administrative and programmatic functions, systems, and organizational structures supporting export enforcement and compliance programs to evaluate effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with mission objectives.
- Develops, plans, and implements recommendations to improve program performance, operational processes, and organizational effectiveness related to export compliance and enforcement support activities.
- Analyzes complex program data, administrative information, and operational metrics associated with export control and compliance support functions to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Provides expert analytical and advisory support to leadership on program management, organizational performance, and strategic initiatives impacting export enforcement and compliance programs.
- Develops analytical products including reports, briefing materials, and decision memoranda to support leadership decision-making on export compliance program performance and operational effectiveness.
Salary : $121,785
