Shipping and Receiving / Office Worker

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to fill an open position in our Shipping and Receiving department.

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Taking, pulling, and filling orders
• Tubing, labeling, and sorting materials
• Creating invoices and work orders using QuickBooks
• Preparing and processing UPS and FedEx shipments
• Interacting with customers and answering phone calls
• Keeping office area clean and organized

Schedule – Full-Time Position

(Part-time positions available; hours may vary)

• Monday–Thursday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4-day workweek)

Qualifications:

• No experience required; we will train motivated individuals. We value strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a strong/stable employment history
• Experience with basic machining measurement techniques, QuickBooks, or customer service is beneficial but not required
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential
