As our Dental Business Assistant, you’ll bring energy, organization, and a smile to everything you do. You’ll:
- Roll out a warm, welcoming vibe for every patient who walks in.
- Keep schedules running smoothly like a pro.
- Manage calls, emails, and in-person conversations with friendliness and professionalism.
- Handle insurance, billing, and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with our dental team to keep the day flowing seamlessly.

- Monday: 6:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:30 AM–11:00 AM
- Thursday: 6:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM–1:00 PM
- Previous dental experience (preferred )
- Excellent communicator natural people person
- Super organized and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Comfortable with dental software and computers
- Positive, upbeat personality that patients and teammates can count on
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
