Burbank Ammo & Guns (BANG) is now hiring for the position of Gun Store Sales Associate. (Full Time or Part Time)
We are a growing business focused on sales of firearms and ammunition in Burbank, California
Requirements:
MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
COE Required.
Retail Experience is required.
Firearm knowledge is preferred.
Able to pass background check and own/purchase firearms.
Be detail oriented in working with State & Federal required forms.
Persuasive, friendly, and informative demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of day-to-day gun shop operations.
Work first-hand with clientele of all backgrounds to provide information about products and conduct sales from start to finish.
Customer conflict resolution.
Provide outstanding customer service at all times while representing the business.
Master and convey information about shooting platforms and applications.
Maintaining merchandizing standards.
Documentation Management.
Weekend and holiday work may be required.
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
