We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic team member to help serve customers at our onigiri cart in Pasadena. If you enjoy meeting new people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a small family-owned business, we'd love to hear from you!
Position:
Customer Service / Sales Associate (Part-Time)
Schedule:
Tuesday–Sunday
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
(Part-time)
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders and process payments.
- Answer questions about our menu and make recommendations.
- Keep the cart clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Communicate with the prep team when inventory is low
- Help create a positive experience for every customer.
- Making sure to hand out umbrellas for customers waiting in line.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with people.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift and carry up to 30–40 lbs.
