Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing, is responsible for the preventive maintenance, calibration and repair of returned High Frequency Ventilator and Patient Box products.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide repair and service cost estimates for hospital owned equipment as requested by the customer
- Perform necessary preventive maintenance, repair and calibration on hospital owned ventilator and patient box equipment, including upgrades and rework as required by applicable documentation or customer request
- Maintain the rental pool ventilators and patient boxes in proper functioning condition including repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibration as required by applicable documentation
- Record all service activity for hospital owned and rental equipment on the appropriate service worksheet/record, and files the record in the specific device history file and maintain appropriate record entry for service in the Quality Systems Tracking application
- Complete the customer service report form for return to the customer on the serviced hospital owned equipment
- Provide technical support to hospital personnel via phone
- Observe all company safety policies and practices
- Observe and follow all procedures and instructions as required by the Service Technician position
- Maintain and encourage cooperative relationships with all other Bunnell employees in supporting the company mission and strategic plan

Minimum Qualifications:
- Comprehend and follow written instructions as required
Preferred Background:
- Computer knowledge in office applications
- Knowledge in requirements of medical device quality systems
- Experience as a service technician on similar medical device equipment or equivalent

Pay: $20.00 to $21.00
