Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard of hygiene and comfort.
- Restock supplies and linens as needed.
- Follow safety and cleaning protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning quotas while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and team members.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests during check-ins, check-outs, and throughout their stay.
- Actively engage with guests, including participating in events and outings.
